I use this app to store Irish fiddle tunes: front for name and back for info on the tune including a jpeg of the sheet music. I would love better PDF integration. Currently I download music as PDF and have to use a third party app to convert to Jpeg for this app. I can also record a bit of music for each card - awesome.

This app seamlessly works with Dropbox and other cloud storage. Lots of customization available too. Bottom line: it works really well, looks good, and is worth purchasing.
